REFUNDS

Conditions

Refunds can be requested in any of the following instances:

  • Item received is physically damaged;
  • Item received has missing parts
  • Item received is different from their customized design visible in My Account > My Orders page on ‘www.classmateshop.com’ (“the Website”);
  • Item is delivered after 15 days from the date of order.
  • Item is returned to the seller undelivered.
  • Item has not been shipped within 8 days from the date of order.

Note: An automatic cancellation and refund shall be issued if the user refuses to modify a cover design which is not approved by the content moderation team. The window given for modification is 7 days after which it is automatically cancelled and refunded.

Note:

In case the product is found to be physically damaged, defective or different from the customized design the refund for the products will be done in the source mode of payment within 5 to 7 working days.

REPLACEMENT

Conditions

Replacement can be requested in any of the following instances:

  • Item received is physically damaged;
  • Item received has missing parts
  • Item received is different from their customized design visible in My Account > My Orders page on the Website;

Note:

  • If your order includes multiple items, partial replacement of the required items is also possible. If purchase of the Product is made under a special promotional offer or any special scheme, special rules shall apply for replacement.
  • Replacement process must be initiated within 24 hours from the time of receipt of order by the User. The Product must be in an unused state before seeking for a replacement and should be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt or invoice issued at the time of sale of the Product.
  • Any request for replacement will be accepted only within 48 working hours from the time of receipt of order. A User can request replacement through the chat box or enquiry form available on the Website or through his/her registered mail id or phone number. Once the replacement request is placed with the customer service, it takes about 1 working day for inspection team to confirm on the replacement. On confirmation of the genuine need for replacement of the Product, we shall provide a free of cost replacement to the User in 10 working days as per the customization previously selected by the User.-
  • At every step of the replacement process, we shall keep you updated through emails and/or SMS. However, if you have any queries before, during or after the replacement is completed, feel free to contact us.

Cancellation

In the event, the User has entered/uploaded any incorrect information while placing the order they shall be entitled to cancel it within __1 day of placing such order. After such period, as the Products are customizable in nature and manufactured on an on demand basis, order once placed and confirmed by the User may not to be cancelled.
